Erich Heneke has served in the role of Iowa PBL State Adviser for two years. Previous to State Adviser, Erich served as State Officer Adviser, leading training and assisting in State Officer activities for five years. His roots to FBLA-PBL go way back, serving multiple roles as a student member including FBLA State Treasurer, PBL Local President, PBL State President, PBL National Treasurer, and PBL National President.

Erin Snitkey is the Iowa PBL State Officer Adviser and is a Commercial Lines Underwriter at Allied Insurance in Des Moines. She has been involved in the FBLA-PBL organization for over 10 years as a student member, officer, and currently as a Professional Division member.

Ryan Steines is the Iowa PBL Professional Division Liason. His involvement in PBL goes back to his years in college at Mount St. Clare College (now Ashford University) where he served as a local chapter officer, Iowa PBL State Treasurer, and Iowa PBL State President. Following graduation from college he joined the Professional Division and has continued to be involved as a state and national competitive events judge.

Lynn Isvik is serving as Iowa PBL's Executive Secretary as well as advising the local chapter of Phi Beta Lambda at Upper Iowa University where she is an Associate Professor of Business and Business Division Chair.

Kelli Diemer is the Business and Marketing Consultant for the Iowa Department of Education. She previously taught Business at Cedar Falls High School for 20 years and worked at Hawkeye Community College as a computer instructor. Her passion for Career and Technical Student Organizations like PBL started when she was a student at a community college. |

Erin Flage took on the role of Webmaster for Iowa PBL this summer. Prior to taking on role of Webmaster, Erin has assisted at National PBL conferences as a competitive events judge.

Troy Wolfs is one of the Co-Conference Directors. His involvement started in 1999 at Upper Iowa University where he served at a local officer. After graduation in 2001 he has been active in the Professional Division.
Troy is a Communications/Network Engineer at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City, Iowa. |
