***This just in: the offices of State Secretary, Treasurer and Historian-Reporter remain unfilled for the SLC. Please consider running from the floor during the first general session! The rules and guidelines still apply - email Erin Snitkey with questions!***
One of the most exciting and important events during SLC weekend is the election of the new Iowa PBL State Officer Team. Top leaders from across the state will be vying for 5 officer positions.
Attached you will find a letter and additional information from Erin Snitkey, Iowa PBL State Officer Team Adviser, outlining both pertinent data on running as well as the decision to do so.
Being a State Officer is a tremendous honor, challenge, and personality builder. Remember, you need not have experience to run! We encourage anyone interested in running to consult with your local chapter adviser, consider other non-PBL commitments you may have, and contemplate putting your hat in the ring!
For any specific questions on being a State Officer, contact Erin Snitkey (her contact info is within the attached document).
